I always get the best of service from John Darke's both before during and after my car has been in the garage. Help before collecting the car from home and of course it 's return after the event. I get a video showing me underneath the car and advice re tyres and brakes. On completion of the work I get a statement re the condition of the car and all the associated paperwork re invoice etc and Ford breakdown service. The staff are friendly and helpful nothing appears to be too much trouble for a senior citizen like me and so far all the work carried out has been successful.

Reception staff were efficient and sorted out a problem with my service plan the salesman set it up and the payments were not enough it is now correct, The car goes well after the service and the safety video sent shows all the wheels off so I know it has had a thorough check of the brakes etc. I was worried regarding some damage to 2 tyres the mechanic spoke to me and put my mind at rest I know what to look out for now if they deteriorate further. The car also had a quick wash and hoover which is always nice to be done. Although the service cost is quite high it is a bonus to have the breakdown cover included.
