I’ve been using this Ford-approved service centre for my vehicle maintenance under warranty, and the experience has consistently been excellent. From booking through to completion of work, everything is handled in a clear, professional, and efficient way. The staff are knowledgeable and take the time to explain any work that needs doing, rather than just carrying out repairs without context. I’ve always felt informed and confident in the advice given, which is especially important when dealing with warranty servicing. Charles usually takes care of us and is a real credit to the team. He always calls to check that we’re happy with the service, and that consistent follow-up and personal attention has helped build real trust over time. Dan, the after-sales manager, is also excellent. He takes a hands-on approach, is easy to deal with, and ensures everything runs smoothly. He clearly cares about customer experience and makes sure any queries are dealt with promptly and properly. The biggest praise, however, has to go to Vicky, who is absolutely outstanding. Her level of care consistently goes above and beyond in every respect. She is not only highly attentive and proactive, but also genuinely invested in the long-term relationship she builds with customers. There is a real sense of loyalty in the way she looks after us, always making sure we feel valued, informed, and confident in every aspect of our Ford ownership experience. She has a strong sense of trust in the Ford brand and clearly reflects that in the way she supports customers, always acting with honesty, care, and integrity. Her connection with both us as customers and with John Darke is evident in how consistently she upholds their reputation. She represents the business exceptionally well and is a major reason we continue to feel so positively about our experience there. Work is completed to a high standard and within a reasonable timeframe. On the occasions where additional issues were identified, I was contacted promptly and given clear options before anything went ahead. Customer service throughout is excellent — polite, helpful, and professional, with no unnecessary pressure or upselling. Overall, I would confidently recommend this garage to anyone looking for reliable Ford servicing under warranty. The experience has been so consistently positive that when we purchase our next car, it will very likely be a Ford.
