Popped in to the Louth dealership to look at a Volvo XC40, was soon greeted by Mark who answered all my questions, then asked if I would like a test drive. Arranged to collect the car the following Friday as Mark said a couple of scuffs would be resprayed, and the wheels refurbished to my choice, gloss black. Arrived to collect the car, Mark then handed a huge bunch of flowers to Sue, my partner, which was unexpected and a really nice touch, and very much appreciated. Once all paperwork was completed the car was brought around. The car was immaculately clean and we were very happy. I cannot fault the service by Mark and the staff at John Darke, and highly recommend them if you are thinking of purchasing a car. Excellent faultless service.
