Service was exceptional - speedily done, updates done, the active recall was sorted all in 2 hours. I loved the video of checking the tyres as sometimes after services at other garages, I have felt that nothing has been done and I cannot check. So I felt empowered to know what has happened during the service.

Contacted Paul Wooding at John Darkes and asked if he could source me a BMW M340i with a good spec, he sent me multiple options and I told him the one I liked. Within few days the car was at the dealership where it had been thoroughly checked for anything that wasn’t right and then it was ready for me to pickup. The handover process was made as easy as possible especially considering I don’t have a history of buying cars and not a lot of knowledge when it comes to finance. The car was handed over to me by Mike Fenton who was incredibly helpful, did all the paperwork and then he gave me an in depth explanation of how to use the BMW I drive system. Overall an easy experience and will definitely be back. Massive thank you to Paul Wooding and Mike Fenton for their help
