I had an MOT I had left the car saying there was no rush ring me when ready. I was called to say it was ready and went to collect they said they were going to wash it but the cleaner had just gone for lunch we could wait but we thought it would be a long wait so took the car home. It would have been better to ring us after the car was washed as we had said there is no hurry but it was a 35 min walk to collect and we didnt want to hang about waiting

I was impressed with the fact I got a car wash as well as a service. The service was very informative, even being able to view it on video and letting me know about the condition of my car.
