Ford Care Code

As things return to normal, we want to help keep our customers safe. That’s why we have been working with Ford  on our Care Code that will be in place as our dealership to re-opens.

  • Maintaining a 2 metre social distance – our showroom and service centre floors are marked with footsteps in order to help keep all customers at a minimum 2 metre distance
  • The use of Personal Protective Equipment to help keep our customers safe
  • Sanitisation of vehicles upon entering and leaving the dealership. Dealer vehicles and the dealership are sanitised on a regular basis
  • Offering and encouraging contact-free collection, online demonstrations, handovers and no-touch demonstrations within the dealership
  • Offering no touch and unaccompanied test drives
