Jamie Scores 100%

We are very proud to report that Jamie Johnson, Service Advisor, recently achieved a 100% score when a Volvo mystery shopper called the dealership.

To make sure our dealership maintains Volvo and Ford’s  high standards, we regularly receive mystery shop visits and calls to test the team.  Each mystery shopper makes contact as a regular customer and completes the full service journey, testing all aspects, from time take to answer the phone, to the price being quoted for the work to be completed.

At 100% Jamie’s latest score is the perfect result for both himself and John Darke. Tony Heys, Aftersales Manager, stated “we always aim to deliver an outstanding level of service to all of our customers. Jamie joined our team at the start of 2017 and is already demonstrating a genuine passion for looking after our customers’ needs to a level that meets John Darke Ltd’s high standards.”

As a reward for his result Jamie received some gift vouchers in recognition of his achievement.
